sheets are produced using methyl methacrylate monomer (MMA), an organic compound which is central in the production of acrylic sheets and products. The MMA monomer after going through a series of precision computer controlled blending with the required additives and pigments are then cast between two sheets of high quality flat European-sourced glass. They are then polymerised in batches in specially developed waterbaths and ovens under a carefully controlled manufacturing process allowing the sheets to harden and cure.
